How big is it?
Our JUDY Power clocks in around 30lbs with dimensions of 11.4 x 10.16 x 8.27 inches. JUDY Power’s handle makes it easy to carry around the house so that you can charge up from any place around your home.
How long does it take to recharge JUDY Power?
There are three ways to charge your JUDY Power: you can use the charging cable and wall charger (included with your JUDY Power), the car charger (also included), and solar panels (not included, 12~24V (500W) panels). It takes about 7-8 hours to fully charge your JUDY Power using the charging cable and wall charger, about 12-14 hours using a 12 volt car adapter, and although not yet included with JUDY Power, 8-17 hours with portable solar panels depending on light conditions and whether you have one or two panels.
How can I tell how much my JUDY Power is charged?
The LCD Battery Display indicates the charge level and the remaining capacity. When charging, the battery icon will blink then once fully charged all battery segments will be lit and remain solid.
What devices can it power?
JUDY Power can charge your go-to tech (phones, tablets and laptops, TVs) in addition to your essential household appliances (toaster, blender, bottle warmer, lamps and more). Though powerful, JUDY Power cannot be used to jumpstart a car, power a household refrigerator, or power an air conditioning unit.
Is JUDY Power a Generator?
Our JUDY Power is unique in that it can be both a portable power station and a generator when used with solar panels. A generator is a device that generates continuous electricity on it’s own, while a portable power station is a finite amount of stored electricity. Although not yet included with JUDY Power, portable solar panels would make an excellent addition to your preparedness kit! Our JUDY Power works best with 12~24V (500W) solar panels and, depending on light conditions and whether you have one or two panels, could take 8-17 hours to charge.
