Know you need to stock your pantry but not sure how to do it efficiently? No problem. Try these 3 tips when the next time you go to the grocery store to restock your pantry.
Before you grocery shop:
1. Take a photo of your pantry / stockpile before you leave.
While you shop:
2. Pack your stockpile list + actually reference it.
Better yet, write down everything you bought and added to your stockpile.
After you shop:
3. Choose a “pantry check” cadence and stick to it.
Set a cadence (monthly, every other month) to check you stockpile stash, see what you bought last month, scan expiration dates and more.
REMEMBER: Good grocery shopping habits mean you can avoid panic buying + responsibly build a stockpile.
